Refund , Return , Shipping & Cancellation Policy


ShopCounterTops.com RTI Countertops are custom made and fabricated to your specifications. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on these items. Once an order has been received by us it will be scheduled for production and within 24 hrs you will receive a confirmation which will show all of the order detail, estimated ship date or installation date and final costs.  If we do not hear from you within 1 business day of that notice we will release the order for manufacturing.  Once released, changes or cancellations will not be allowed.

ShopCounterTops.com RTI Countertops are shipped nationwide and delivered via common carrier best suited for delivery to your area.  Transit times vary based on destination but generally take 5 -7 business days from our location to most parts of the country. If packaging or cartons are damaged when delivered it is the customer’s responsibility to note that on the bill of lading and refuse the shipment.  We must be notified immediately so we may take the proper steps to expedite a replacement. All items that are damaged in transit will be replaced at ShopCounterTops.com expense.  It is the customers responsibility, upon receipt of shipment, to open and inspect all pieces received, and in the evenet there is concealed damges, descrepancies, shortages, etc., ShopCounterTops is to be notified immediately, not to exceed 2 Days or 48 hours, so a remedy can be expedited.

In the event that shipments of RTI Countertops are refused, any associated costs incurred such as return shipping, freight and storage fees will be the responsibility of the customer and if necessary ShopCounterTops.com will charge the customer for any such fees.

In the event a countertop is fabricated incorrectly it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us within 2 days of receipt of their order so we may take the proper steps to expedite a replacement.

ShopCounterTops.com also offers fully customized countertops which require a certified professional to measure and template in order to complete the order correctly.  No shipping charges apply since these countertops are delivered by our certified installers the day of installation.

You may cancel an order for a custom installed countertop project within 1 full business day before the scheduled on-site measurement has been performed.  A full refund in the amount paid will be issued. In the event that the order is cancelled after the on-site measurement has been performed, and before the Fabrication Order Acknowledgement has been signed and returned to ShopCounterTops.com, a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of either $150.00 or the Trip Fee amount, whichever is greater.  After signing and returning the Fabrication Order Acknowledgement to ShopCounterTops.com you may no longer cancel the order.

For standard stock items or accessories, we will accept returns within 60 days with the following conditions: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned item is sent back in original packaging and is in re-saleable condition. There is a standard 20% re-stocking fee for all non-damaged items that are returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
